Promoting Love, Wellness & Positivity

Kikuyu Love Sessions (KLS) creates spaces where music and storytelling bring people closer. Rooted in love, wellness, and positivity, KLS exists solely with the mission of human connection, where vulnerability feels safe, strangers become familiar, and shared moments linger long after the musical showcases.

Have a peek at our last two experiences; Say It With Your Chest (Feb 14 2026) and Mothers & Melodies 2nd Chapter (May 10 2026).

We Care Deeply About Mental Health

Kikuyu Love Sessions Mental Health
Following the incredible community support and emotional conversations sparked during our Say It With Your Chest edition, KLS is proud to support Integrative Wellbeing through a dedicated mental health mini-grant.
This grant will help fund peer-led safe spaces, youth wellness initiatives, awareness campaigns, and storytelling-driven projects that make conversations around mental health feel more human, relatable, and accessible. It will also support collaborations with creatives to develop content, performances, and experiences that encourage emotional openness and community care across Kenya.
For us, this is bigger than an event. It is part of our continued commitment to creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, and connected.
