By participating in Kikuyu Love Sessions, all vendors, exhibitors, and brand activations agree to the following terms:

Participation & Approval: All applications are subject to approval by Kikuyu Love Sessions. We reserve the right to accept or decline participants to ensure alignment with the event experience. Participation is only confirmed upon full payment and receipt of a signed agreement.

Fees & Payments: All participation fees are non-refundable once paid. Space is not secured until payment is complete. Any agreed commercial arrangements must be confirmed in writing.

Space Allocation & Setup: Spaces are allocated by Kikuyu Love Sessions and may not be swapped or shared without prior approval. Setup and breakdown times will be communicated in advance and must be strictly followed. Participants are responsible for their own booth setup, staffing, and materials.

Power, Lighting & Technical Needs: Basic power supply and simple lighting will be provided. Any additional technical requirements, including special lighting, sound, equipment, or increased power load, must be arranged and supplied by the vendor.

Branding, Sales & Conduct: Only approved products, services, and activation concepts may be displayed or sold. All branding must be appropriate and in line with the event environment. Sub-letting of space, offensive content, or disruptive activity is not permitted.

Health, Safety & Compliance: Participants are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, permits, and safety regulations. Kikuyu Love Sessions is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to property. Any activation must be safe for attendees and staff.

Media & Content: Kikuyu Love Sessions may photograph or film activations for promotional use. Use of Kikuyu Love Sessions branding by participants requires prior approval.

Force Majeure: Kikuyu Love Sessions shall not be held liable for changes, delays, or cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, safety concerns, or government directives.

General: Failure to comply with these terms may result in removal from the event without refund. These terms are subject to change at the discretion of Kikuyu Love Sessions.
